After applying online, I had an in-person interview that went really well. I talked with the creative director and senior creative director, who seemed to like my work and thought I'd be a good fit. They reached out a few days later to schedule an interview with their Chief Creative Officer. We had to reschedule the day of because of his availability. A week later, they emailed to ask if a phone interview with him would be okay as my final interview, which I accepted to keep things moving. After two weeks of him rescheduling, we finally had the phone call. It also went well, and he basically offered me the job and said he'd have the recruiting team email me. I was excited to tell friends and family about my upcoming first full-time job. However, I ended up waiting a whole month for the offer letter, emailing them twice a week. It felt like they strung me along and wasted my time, but it turned out to be a good thing because I'm now happy at a company that values its employees.

It was pretty standard. Very conversational. They seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me and were passionate about the company and filling the role. They wanted to help me get the job. Very print responses.

The whole process took about 3 weeks and I had 4 interviews for this receptionist role. They said it didn't require much education or special skills. One of the people I talked to didn't seem to know much about the work schedule, pay, or when I could start. The last interview I had was pretty long, over an hour and a half. They also made me wait for more than an hour to talk to a project manager. I was asked a few times if I was okay with working with mostly men, which I found a bit awkward.

The interview process was swift and easy-going. They briefly explained their expectations in a friendly way. It seemed friendly, but I'm not sure if it would be a good environment since I haven't seen many reviews. The process was fast and negotiable. I got a better offer.
