Had a phone screen and then an in-person interview, even though it was during the pandemic. Things seemed to go well, and they told me to wait about two weeks because a higher-up was on vacation. I waited and then followed up with them. They thanked me for reaching out and said they decided to go with someone else. It was weird, like they were surprised I emailed. I wrote back to get some feedback... and then they ghosted me. An in-person interview during Covid was a mistake for my health. Lesson learned. This company clearly doesn't care, and from now on, I'm going to request video interviews to stay safe.

I applied for a sales role online. The recruiter contacted me quickly by phone and email, and told me I'd meet with several people that morning. I ended up meeting over 3 people who all had different ideas about the job and what my day-to-day would be like. I was looking for their quick pitch. My second interview was with managers and included an on-site computer test related to the job. I got a verbal offer, but no written one, which was strange. The Sales Director seemed really enthusiastic about the company's future and everyone's success, but I got a feeling that others weren't as aligned.

I saw a flyer at my university with a number on it and I called it. I got a call back and an interview invite. I was hired super fast, which I really wasn't expecting. The interviewer then just told me about the job and said she was happy I showed up.
