The process was easy, I applied online and then went in for two in person interviews. The people were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was very satisfied with the process. They worked around me to schedule my interviews; the interviews were short and sweet and right to the point. They do a good job of selling Kalahari to you as well. They are not as concerned with knowledge and emphasize experience as well as their training program, if you accept the job.

It was a video conference, and I had to send an introductory video beforehand. The interviewer didn't seem to have read my resume before we talked. They made the location sound really bad and said a gym would be too busy to focus on executive education goals. They mentioned a salary range of $200-250k for the role with a $100 million target. They asked me to rate their interviewing skills and kept contradicting themselves. They emphasized how tough the job is but didn't mention any perks of working there. They finished by saying I could reach out if I felt they were taking too long to reply. It felt like they set up an interview just to insult me and then mess it up.

For a call center role, the interview process was pretty straightforward. It included general customer service questions like 'tell me about a time...', a math test, a phone test to check your voice, and a chance to briefly read a script over the phone. You also got to listen to a guide making calls and watch them book reservations during the interview, so you could see what the job entails.

Interviewing during department restructuring caused the process to be a bit bumpy, but I was overall pleased with the enthusiasm of the hiring team. Offered position higher than applied for which is always acceptable.
