First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kaléo.
Mss
It was a pretty straightforward process. I first spoke with a recruiter, then the hiring manager. After that, there was a panel interview, followed by a meeting with the VP. They extended an offer after that. The communication was good. Everything was done over Zoom, and it was a quick and easy process.
- They had me do a role play.
Medical Sales Specialist
It's about 4-5 rounds in total, and everyone I talked to was really nice and easy to chat with. They kept me in the loop about what's coming next, and working with a recruiter really helped me know how to get ready for each part. I got to talk with the people I'd be working with day-to-day and also with higher-ups, which gave me a good sense of what the team is like.
- Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with a colleague and how you resolved it.
Marketing Coordinator
It was an all-day interview, which felt a bit long and maybe unnecessary. I spoke with the current Marketing Coordinator, the Product Manager, and the Marketing Director. It was an interesting interview process where I got to learn more about KAleo than I knew before. The whole thing took a while; I applied at the end of July or beginning of August, had a preliminary interview at the end of August, and the main interview was at the end of September. Even though I didn't get hired, it was a good learning experience.
- Can you talk about your ability to maintain inventory and your top-notch organizational skills?
- How would you approach giving presentations to senior management?
- Tell us about your experience in keeping inventory and your organizational skills, as well as giving presentations to higher ups.
Quality Assurance Engineer
I went through two phone interviews and then an in-person interview. The in-person one was really long but it was a good way to get a feel for the company. The director I interviewed with was pretty unprofessional though. They straight up said 'there is no room for growth in this company,' which really shocked me. But it also made me determined to take their job if I got the chance.
- Tell me about a situation that's relevant to this job.
- Explain how your past experience aligns with the requirements of this position.
