It was terrible. For foreigners, it's nearly impossible to get into Kakao because they really prioritize language skills over technical abilities. I managed to pass the online test and all the technical rounds, but they still rejected me after the HR interview.

So, the interview process had a couple of parts. First, there was this kind of personality interview where they asked about my application, my experience, and projects I've done. Then, the second part was the technical interview. They went over the remote programming test I did at home and asked some questions about how to optimize it.
