Case Presentation Behavioral Technical

I went through 5 rounds for this role. One of the rounds involved a case study where I had to analyze data and provide recommendations. Even though the data set seemed to be a poorly prepared Kaggle dataset missing random parts, I managed to complete it. During the case presentation, the manager who sent it seemed unaware of the data's specifics, like it only containing one month's data instead of a year. Despite these issues, I passed all rounds. They asked for additional analysis, which I provided on time even while on vacation. The final round was with the New York office manager, who I think might be a co-founder. He wasn't my intended manager and seemed very unwelcoming, possibly profiling me based on my name, especially with a religious symbol behind him. He asked general questions, and I never heard back, even after following up multiple times. I expected at least a formal decline out of respect for my time. Very unprofessional experience.

Behavioral Presentation

So, Kaizen Analytix had this three-part interview thing. I was actually hired through Randstad, and the whole process was super smooth, which was great. The company was really good at keeping me updated through all the stages. First up was like an intro chat, you know, getting to know them and them getting to know me. Then, we had a second round, a more detailed talk over Zoom. I really liked learning more about the company and which teams I'd be working with if I got the job. The last round was in person, and honestly, it went even better! Seriously, one of the best interview experiences I've had.

Technical Coding

The interviewer was running more than 10 minutes late and didn't introduce themselves, the company, or ask about me at all. They immediately jumped into technical questions, asking around 20, some of which weren't even on my resume. Then we did live coding. It felt super rushed, like I was barely finishing one thing before they'd move to the next.

The interview process had three rounds in total. Two of them were technical interviews focusing on SQL and database concepts. The third round was a managerial interview that delved into project maintenance and real-time scenarios.
