The interview process was thorough and thoughtful. I really appreciated how much detail they provided about the technical requirements and compliance aspects of the role. It started with a recruiter call, then a phone screen, followed by meetings with the hiring manager, the team, and a doctor. The whole thing took about 3 weeks.

I had two zoom calls for the interview. The first one was pretty general, mostly talking about the company structure. The second one was a technical screen where they just asked me questions verbally, no coding exercises or anything.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. The part where they checked my references was the weirdest thing ever. My references said they were getting called at weird early morning hours by the same person but they used different names. It was the strangest job application experience I've ever had.
