Property Officer Trainee
The first step involved a group interview where we also played games and had a debate. After that, there was a second round which was a panel test. In the panel test, we had to write two passages, one in Chinese and one in English. This was followed by an individual interview where they asked why I wanted to join the company.

Intern
We had a face-to-face interview at the assessment centre. First, there was a self-introduction where they asked me to describe myself in one word. Then, we had a group discussion, followed by a detective game to showcase teamwork skills.

Property Officer Trainee
It was a full-day interview. In the morning, there was a group interview where candidates did an activity and discussed two debate topics to see how good they are with people, can communicate, think logically, etc. If shortlisted, candidates were invited to a written test and a panel interview in the afternoon.

Associate
I had a short self-intro in English. They asked me why I'm applying for this job, about my strengths and weaknesses, and a situation-solving question. They also asked if I am applying for other similar jobs and for my views on the property management industry.
