The interview process wasnt too complex, it was straight forward. You get a phone call first. Once the employer has interest, you go in for an in person interview. The whole process isnt too long, and can take 2-4 weeks for hire.
- Why do you want to work with Kaeser Compressors?
After Sales Service Representative
First, a recruiter called and I had to fill out an application. Then, I met with the national service manager and an HR person. The questions were pretty easy and it felt more like a chat. The next interview was with the same managers from before, plus the company president. This is a shorter meeting, mainly for the president to get to know you and give the okay for an offer, since the managers already think you're a good match.
- What equipment have you used for troubleshooting before?
- Is there a trait or habit you're working on improving?
- What makes you a good fit for this role?
Product Control
I was contacted on Linkedin for this position. Setting up an interview date took 3 months due to really bad communication. The interview went okay, but it took over a month for them to respond with feedback. When I asked, they just said everything was great. The whole process dragged on for 4 months.

Technical Document Support
There were three interviews and they were scheduled close together. Phone interview was first. Second was an in-person with supervisor, recruiter, and the department head. The third and final interview was with the recruiter, supervisor, department head and then also included the company president.
