First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kaefer.
Logistics Analyst
The process is quite straightforward, directly with Recruitment and the responsible management. There were direct questions about the function and a clear understanding of the operational needs. They provided clear information about the job's difficulties. The hiring managers were very precise with their questions.
- Could you tell me how long you've been in this role and what your duties involved?
- What was your experience like in the role and what did you do within its scope?
Project Manager
It lasted several months, as there were multiple interviews in different phases. The first was with the recruiter and then with team members. They described the job and asked about tools, previous experiences, salary expectations, and availability. A central theme was the ability to relate to others, as the role involves dealing with many people, and they were looking for a versatile profile with good interpersonal skills.
- Tell me about your previous experience and your adaptability to working both on-site and in the office, as well as your Excel skills.
- Could you elaborate on your experience with project management tools and your salary expectations and availability?
Document Controller
The hiring journey at KAEFER is straightforward. First, they look at your application. Then, you'll have a quick chat with HR, either on the phone or online. After that, there's a technical interview where they discuss your skills and experience, possibly with the hiring manager. If it looks good, you might have a final meeting with senior management. If you're chosen, they'll offer you the job and start the onboarding.
- Can you tell me about your experience in a comparable position?
- How would you use your abilities to handle the particular difficulties of this role?
- Do you have your own transportation?
Lean Project Work / Business Development Employee
After a quick small talk, the interviewers dove right into discussing my resume, motivation, and work experience. At times, the conversation switched to English. Overall, it felt like a standard interview. They asked for a willingness to travel that was (too) high for me.
- If we called your brother right now and asked what he values about you, what would he say?
- What can't you deal with?
- What can't you stand?
