First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kadiant.
Clinical Director
This was a multi-stage interview process. There seems to be a lot of internal changes happening at the company. However, the benefits seemed good. They were willing to answer all of my questions, even about the tougher topics.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Registered Behavior Technician
The interview process was straightforward. My interviewer provided information about the typical schedule and duties for an RBT in training, as well as the benefits offered. I appreciated that the interviewer communicated the subsequent steps in the hiring process promptly.
- What characteristics are necessary for success in an RBT role?
Behavior Technician
So, first there was this quick phone call, just to make sure my past experience was a good fit. After that, we had a group interview over Teams where they went through the main stuff about the job. They asked about when I could work and wanted to know more about what I'd done before. They also mentioned the training part.
- Can you tell me about your availability for this role?
Registered Behavior Technician
The interview process was easy and not at all stressful. The interviewer was kind and patient with everyone, as it was a group interview with about 3 total interviewees. All of the interviewees got plenty of time to speak and answer any questions, it was very fair and well thought out. Before completing the interview, we had time to ask any questions about the process or company that we had before ending the interview.
- What do you think are the most important skills for an RBT?
