Technical Coding

So the interview started with a recruiter call to chat about my background and the job. Then, I had a technical interview covering Salesforce stuff like Apex, Flows, and LWC. After that, there was a live coding session where I had to code a solution in Apex.

Behavioral Technical

It was a good chat about the company, what the job is like, and the benefits. It was pretty relaxed and they got straight to the point. I met some of the folks in the department and saw a demo of some of the work. I liked learning how they do things. Even though the offer was decent, I had to pass because the shifts weren't quite what was advertised. So, my only suggestion for future interviews is to be clearer about the schedule from the start.

Behavioral Other

The interview process included a 30-minute Teams interview, followed by a nearly 2-hour in-person interview with three operations leaders. There was also a plant tour. It seems like the person who left created a significant gap in their manufacturing expertise. Post-interview, a personality test is required, which I found unrealistic in its scenarios, lacking context and offering limited answer choices. This is a warning sign, and you should take note. Reflecting on it, I believe I avoided a problem.

The interview process was pretty organized. We started with a tour of the company, and then I had a one-on-one Q&A session. The whole thing took about 45 minutes. They asked me some technical questions related to the job.
