Kabbage General Intern Interview Questions
& Process

The whole thing took about a month. First, there were two phone interviews, each about 30 minutes with HR people. They asked about the company, the role, and my background, and also gave a quick overview of Kabbage and reviewed my resume. They were both really nice. Then, the final in-person interview happened, which was about 2-2.5 hours total. I first met with three senior managers/VP level folks. They went through my resume and asked about my past experience related to the job. One of them joined the interview remotely. They were polite and respectful, seemed genuinely interested in me, and I felt they were fairly assessing me. However, one of them seemed to have already decided against my application. After that, I met with another senior staff member one-on-one. We talked more about experience, and then I did a case-study. I had 30 minutes to prep for it. I explained my approach and thoughts, and then they took a picture of my notes.

Kabbage India Pvt. Ltd. came to our campus for internship recruitment. The whole class took an online test. The top 20 students were then called for a technical interview. From these 20, 6 were selected for a People Operations interview, which shortlisted 5 people. After that, there was a telephonic interview, and finally, 4 people were selected.

I applied and after some quick emails back and forth, I had two phone interviews. First was with the recruiter, and the second was with the manager of the team I'd be on.
