The hiring process took a while, spanning several weeks, and at times I wasn't sure if they had forgotten about me. It started with an initial HR screen call, followed by a technical screen call. After that, they invited me for an in-person interview. I think there would have been another interview with upper management if I had progressed.

There were 2 phone call screenings, then a panel interview, and finally a culture fit interview. The phone screens were informational and quick and to the point. The panel interview was 3 hours long and involved meeting with 3 different groups of people: the immediate team, related tech team members, and the manager. The culture interview was a casual chat with a founder.
