First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kabbage.
Customer Service Representative
My interview process included a three part interview. The first was a short 30 min introductory conversation with my hiring manager. He gave me a brief synopsis of the company and asked about my past customer service experience. The second interview was a group interview with the Customer Service Lead staff. They asked me a lot of fun and in-depth questions to see if I would be a good cultural fit for their team. The last interview was with a Head Kabbage. She asked some pretty amazing questions that gave her a feel for how well I worked under pressure.
- Can you list three negative traits about yourself that only someone very close to you would think?
Customer Service Representative
The first step was an hour phone call, which covered the most basic stuff. Then, there was an in-person interview with three parts. First, I met my supervisor to talk about day-to-day work and hours. Then, I met the head of the department to learn about the company's history and performance. Finally, there was a really unique interview with 'Cs' that felt like a game show, checking my personality fit.
- What offends you?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pleasant but not well-organized. They had pretty random follow-up times and really stretched out the hiring process with four rounds of interviews over a whole month, only to reject me in the end.
- How familiar are you with your previous supervisor?
