The interview process was great. I felt like I really got to know everyone and the firm's culture, and they also got to know me. It wasn't just a quick elevator pitch and resume drop. I actually had a 30-minute conversation with HR and current employees at the career fair.

First I met with HR director, two partners and a director of audit in the Weston office. You can totally feel the family vibe at the firm and it’s welcoming and inviting! Next, I was invited to the miami office to meet with another partner which was also a great meeting. Interview wasn’t too technical. I was asked about my experience and what I loved the most about audit.

However, they split the interviews into two parts, and everyone was very kind, making the process much smoother.
