I had a phone screen, then took a Criteria aptitude test, and after that, I had a web interview. The interviewer told me they weren't moving forward with me because I don't reside in the geographical region of the job opening. This makes sense, but I don't get why they had me take an aptitude test and go through an interview. They could have easily seen my location on my resume or discussed it during the phone screen. What also struck me as weird is that the interviewer said they'd rather cover selling in the open territory than hire someone who isn't a perfect fit. It gave me the impression they might overthink hiring for this specific role.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

They have a pre-screening call, then a test, followed by a panel interview, then a demo where you have to train yourself, and a final interview with the cxo. The process is very biased because the questions do not factor in so many variables. Additionally, they don’t ask questions about specific situations that you would use in a sales conversation related to demographics!

Behavioral Technical Presentation

There was a Prescreen call, a very biased test, a panel interview, a demo, and a CXO interview... way too many steps. The pre-screening process was fine. The test asked questions that did not reflect what has happened in the last two years of Edtech, and they were biased!
