The interview process was pretty straightforward. They offered a part-time position, but I needed full-time due to my school schedule. They did suggest checking out other locations in town for potential openings.

They started by telling me about the different jobs they had open and what each one involved. After they explained all the roles, I was offered a job right then and there. No drug test was required beforehand.

I applied and got a call from the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC). We talked on the phone, and then he asked me to come in for an interview. It was set up fast, within three days, and he was ready for me. The interview was about 45 minutes and very thorough. He said he'd be in touch. I got an offer quickly from the PIC, but because the pharmacy is part of a grocery chain, dealing with the store management took some time. I had to do a drug test and some computer training for the store, which was confusing because it wasn't scheduled well.
