First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at K V K Tech.
Software Engineer
The interview was a bit tough. They asked about my work-life balance, my skills, and my years of experience. They also asked if I'd be willing to relocate internationally and tested my numerical ability.
- Can you tell me about your work-life balance?
- What are your key skills?
- How many years of professional experience do you possess?
Manufacturing Technician
The interview process felt a bit messy, with interviews being scheduled at random times and participants appearing unexpectedly. During the interview, I got mixed signals and different ideas about the company. It was hard to figure out where the company is headed. After everything was done, KvK didn't follow up at all. It's basic courtesy to let a candidate know the hiring decision, no matter what it is. Based on online reviews, it seems KvK Tech really needs to work on its reputation and how it treats employees. These reviews, and others' experiences with KvK, made me look for jobs elsewhere.
- What are your salary expectations?
- Can you describe your work experience?
- How do you approach and manage challenges?
QA Inspector
The QA manager, Ashvin Pancha, will ask a couple of questions, but the owner (South Indian) makes the final decision. Be aware that they will ask you to sign a non-compete agreement, which is an employment-at-will contract. This means they can terminate your employment without notice, but you cannot leave them. If you do leave, the non-compete agreement prohibits you from working within 300 miles for 2 years.
- Can you describe your prior work history?
- Who have you worked for previously?
- What was your salary at your last job?
Customer Service Representative
The interview started at 9 and wrapped up around 12. I met with several people during the process. Although it felt quite long, everyone I spoke with was great and shared a lot of useful information about the company. There was a lot of back and forth with different individuals. They also explained the good benefits and bonuses.
- What are my potential contributions to the company?
