First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Körber Pharma.
Software Developer
The hiring process was dynamic and smooth. The recruiter was kind and informative. First, they invite you for a phone screening. After that comes a technical interview with experienced developers. The questions they ask often aim for paradigms, best practices, and actual in-depth knowledge of the technology you'll be using.

Consultant
The process took around 3 months and involved several rounds of interviews. Nothing too out of the ordinary, the questions were logical, but the interviewers weren't very friendly. There was a phone interview with just HR, then a meeting with the manager and some team members. Finally, there was an in-person interview.
- What is your motivation for working here?
HR Business Partner
So I applied for this HR Business Partner role right when the job hit LinkedIn the week of Thanksgiving 2024. I wasn't expecting anything with the holiday, but got a recruiter call invite literally hours after applying. We talked the next week, it was a standard screening, just getting to know me and asking some typical STAR questions. The recruiter said she'd pass my info to the hiring team and get back to me in a week. Nothing. I followed up twice, still no response. Then, a week later, an email saying the team was reviewing resumes and would update me by January 10th. So now I'm waiting another month, it was already early December. The week of Jan 10th, I finally get an invite for an onsite interview the following week, Jan 24. I asked the recruiter how many more steps after this one. After another week of waiting, she said 'likely 3.' By this point, it's been almost 2 months since the initial phone screen! The onsite interview itself was fine, the hiring team was nice. About a week after that, on a Monday, I got an email for a second interview happening that Wednesday. I just didn't want to put any more time into this, especially knowing there'd likely be more interviews after that, and I'd already spent 2.5 months on this. So I told them I was withdrawing my application. It's now the end of February and I saw the job reposted on LinkedIn. Honestly, they probably lost a lot of good candidates because the process is way too long and it takes ages to hear back from TA. I get wanting the right person, and sure, holidays happen, but this was just crazy. I'm sharing this in hopes someone internal notices and revises the process.
- Can you tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult employee situation?
- Share an instance where you had to persuade key people.
- What are your methods for handling organizational change?
Sales
Applied to a LinkedIn posting and was contacted a few hours later to schedule a recruiter screen. After the screen, I had to wait over a week because the manager was out of office. The interview with the manager was scheduled for the next day, about 15 days after the first screen call. They said the recruiter would reach out to schedule a talk with someone else in the department the following week, but I never heard back even after following up two weeks later. The job has been reposted many times, suggesting disorganization in this department. Avoid this company.
