First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at K Hospitality.
Marketing Manager
The interview involved a couple of rounds. The first round was with the HR over the phone. Then there was a second round where sales driven data analysis was asked, brand details were asked, and marketing operations were asked in detail.
- Could you analyze sales data for us?
- Given a budget, how would you plan a tentative marketing spend?
Customer Experience Manager
We'll start with a quick phone chat with HR to go over your background. If that goes well, you'll come in to meet the hiring manager and the team. Then, you'll have a final chat with our CEO to make sure you're a good fit for our company's direction.
- Can you share your previous experience with customer interactions?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process felt quite rushed, I'm not sure why that was. It was a panel interview. The questions mainly focused on how my past work experience could be applied to this role.
- Can you describe your previous work experience?
- How would you handle a difficult customer, in your own words?
Marketing Executive
I had a great interview with the marketing head. She was really nice and easy to talk to. It wasn't super technical, but they liked it if you knew the hospitality industry well.
- Do you know the key metrics for performance marketing?
