The interviewers were really nice and helpful. They did an HR and tech interview together, lasting about an hour. They talked about the company and how the IT department operates. They asked some basic questions about how a simple web app is structured and about technologies I've used. Since they have a mentoring program for new developers, they seem to care more about a candidate's potential and excitement. My recruiter advised me to dress well beforehand, which K&H, being a bank, likely expects.

The interview was really unprofessional and humiliating, mostly because of the HR person. About 15-20 minutes in, she told me the job was actually Process Change Expert on a project, not Process Manager like I applied for. I thought it was rude she didn't call beforehand to let me know about the different job title and project role. I'd mentioned I'm on childcare leave in my resume. She then asked about my kids: 'How many kids do you have?' and 'How old is he?' She seemed to roll her eyes after I answered. Afterwards, she gave me someone else's business card, which might have been a mistake, but still felt unprofessional. When I asked about the next steps, she said they'd get back to me in 2 weeks. A month later, I reached out to another interviewer, who said HR would contact me. I eventually got a generic rejection email.
