This interview process was more involved than others I've experienced, but everyone was really nice. There was a standard Q&A session, followed by a few skill assessments. Specifically, I had to draft a mock email, conduct a simulated phone call, and demonstrate my proficiency with Excel workbooks. I was offered the position right away and accepted it later that day.

I had to do this interview question and email it in, then we did a "mock" phone call, and I also had to make an Excel spreadsheet. So you need basic Excel knowledge. They checked my personality and phone customer service skills during the phone call. They also gave a quick rundown of the company before the interview started.

First, you'll have a phone chat with Susanne. She'll ask some basic questions and make sure you know they don't offer benefits or health insurance. She'll also mention the travel required for the job. About a week later, you'll meet with the directors in person. They'll ask about your stress management and multitasking abilities, but it's nothing too hard. They also give you a quick skills test to check if you can find info online, make an Excel sheet, and reply to an email. Then, there's a short phone test where you'll be in an office with some talking points. Just sound natural and not too stressed.

Behavioral Presentation Other

I interviewed with a group that was mostly men, and they asked some good questions. I had to do a practice phone call and then type up an email. Everyone was really welcoming, and the interview didn't feel intimidating at all. It was an easy interview. Once you get the job, there's a week of classroom training, usually with about 10 people. This setup makes me think they might have trouble keeping employees long-term. Hiring typically happens in September and January.
