Behavioral Presentation

There were 3 rounds total, starting with a phone interview and then an onsite with everyone - engineering, sales, product managers, etc. The whole thing took about 4 weeks, and then negotiating the offer took another week. Watch out, they tend to low ball on the initial offer.

Had a written test with ten questions testing basic programming language, algorithm, and data structure knowledge. Then there was a panel interview with the department Head, and finally a chat with HR to get to know me. It was a nice interview, questions were average, and I got the offer right away.

Behavioral Technical

The initial pre-screening went pretty well, with questions focused on my actual work processes, challenging situations I've encountered, accomplishments, and overall success in my HR career. The provided job description seemed like a good fit for my existing skills and qualifications, without demanding too much beyond my current expertise. However, the in-house interview with the HR head in New Jersey didn't go as smoothly in my opinion. I felt my education was questioned, and then I was hit with HR terminology that honestly, nobody uses every day. The PHR test questions also felt disconnected from the typical day-to-day job activities and the company's culture, which gave me a not-so-great impression. I even sensed some bias and discrimination, which is tough to say as it's rare, but given their emphasis on company diversity, the post-interview experience felt cold and unsupportive. It was a very strange and definitely not a positive experience or a good impression of the company. It's interesting that this position is still posted, suggesting it might be difficult to fill.
