I sent in my application online and then had a phone chat within two days. After that, I came in for an in-person interview. The whole thing wrapped up in just over a week. They asked me to explain ASD and ABA, and also about my background with kids. They threw in some lighthearted personal questions to get a feel for my personality. Plus, they touched on my professional values and future aspirations. They're seeking outgoing, compassionate individuals who are open to training.

The interview process kicked off with a brief phone chat with a hiring manager. It was a friendly conversation where we touched upon my background in the field. A few days later, I had a Zoom interview with the Regional Director. This chat was pretty laid-back. We talked about my journey into ABA, the different kinds of programs I've managed, and then they asked how I'd handle specific situations. The very next business day, I heard back from the hiring manager who let me know they wanted to offer me the job.

It started with a quick phone chat, then an in-person interview, followed by a reference check, and finally they emailed the result. The in-person part was in this small room with someone else on the computer nearby, just kind of there. We could hear these two women next door being super loud and laughing. At one point they even walked through our room, still laughing and talking about their kids, even though it was so small and we were interviewing. We had to pause until they left. It was a bit disruptive. The whole thing felt a bit weird and not really put together.

I applied online and then got a call the next day. The recruiter asked me some questions and scheduled a video interview for the following week. I had to reschedule, and was able to move it to the day after the original date. But on the day of the interview, the recruiter texted to cancel because they couldn't make it. I gave them my availability, and they never replied. Super unprofessional.
