First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Juvo+.
Business Partner, People & Culture
I had an initial phone screen and was told by the end of the week interviews would be scheduled for those who moved forward. Nothing happened by the end of the week. 3 weeks later they scheduled me for an in-person interview. After a 2.5 hour in person interview with 3 different people, I have not heard back from Juvo+ at all. They ghosted me, which is very disrespectful. I sent an email 3 weeks after the interview, asking if they have made a decision and they never responded back to me. After 2 months, I still have not heard back from them regarding their decision after 2 rounds of interviews.
- Can you share an instance where you made a significant error and how you rectified it?

The interview process was straightforward and effective. It started with a skills-based assessment, which was a practical test and gave a great example of the scope of work while being challenging enough to be a good benchmark of skill level. This was followed by a second in-person interview over Zoom, which was delightful. Management did an excellent job describing the company culture and what a day is like at Juvo+. The questions asked were standard, and I was impressed that management asked questions showing they looked deep into my experience before the call, making it seem like they really cared about who I was and if I would be a good culture fit along with a skills fit for the team. It was one of the best interview experiences I have had, and it was quick too!
- Can you describe your creative process in completing the skills assessment?
Assistant Buyer
I had a phone interview with the manager, then the interview was set for a specific location. After that, I had a one-on-one interview with the Manager and then the Buyer. They asked some straightforward questions based on my resume. I got a call the next day with an offer, and it all happened within a single week.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
Data Analyst Intern
It was the first round of interviews. I was hoping to find a position starting in June, but unfortunately, that didn't work out, so I was rejected. However, the interviewer was kind enough to offer some advice for my next job search.
- Can you introduce yourself?
