The interview process was easy and friendly. They gave me a tour of the office, and the interviewer took the time to answer all my questions. The building and offices were in good shape. The interviewer talked a lot about their growth model for both clients and employees.

I sent my application to JRI and got a call for an interview the next week. JRI was setting up a management team for three new group homes for adolescent residents. The interview covered everything about running a group home. They really wanted to know my personal views and skills in three main areas: building teams for residents, community relations and talking with outside providers, and using behavioral management techniques and mental health interventions. There was just one interview, and we talked about salary and benefits then too. After a background check that took about two weeks, I got the job.
