The interview process had 3 rounds. It started with a group discussion, then an aptitude test done on our own smartphones. If selected, there was an HR round, and then a discussion with the manager about joining date and salary. If selected after these rounds, there's a 15-day training period and online job training (OJT).

The process was very good with no delay and will be completed within a day. First round is group discussion, they will be giving some topic, this checks the communication skills of person. Second round is F2F, they will be few questions listed below. And the third round is aptitude and skill based test which consists of general questions.
