I applied directly to Just Dial and the interview process spanned two days with a total of three rounds. The first round was with HR, followed by a meeting with the Regional Manager. The second day was dedicated to the CTC discussion. While my experience with the Regional Manager was very positive, the interaction with HR during the CTC discussion was quite negative. Despite coming from a CMM Level 5 company and having more experience than the HR representative, she offered a significantly lower CTC and didn't even inquire about my expectations. She seemed to be offering a junior position with a less-than-expected package, even with my extensive experience.
