Behavioral Technical

The interview was very technical from the first call. They asked about my day-to-day in my current role and my technical skills. The interviewer was nice but clearly meant business and was straight to the point, unlike other places that might have a behavioral round.

Behavioral Technical Coding

Applied for the role and 10 days later, the group manager reached out for a phone interview. During the call, I asked about the complexity of the data analysis, but the manager just said it involved prefilled formulas. He then asked about my availability for an on-site interview, and though I said morning, he scheduled me for 8 AM. I was told an assignment would be sent later that day to test my skills. However, it wasn't sent until the next night, Saturday before Easter. This meant balancing the assignment, Easter celebrations, and preparing for the interview in a few days. The assignment turned out to be more challenging data analysis than anticipated. For the on-site interview, I met with three people: someone who reported to the manager, the manager, and an executive. No HR representative was present. They inquired about my past data analysis experiences, my college major choice, and my reasons for applying. I was also informed about unpredictable daily departure times. The interviewers seemed tired and were yawning, which I found unprofessional, especially given the early start time I hadn't requested. About two weeks after, I received a rejection email. My impression is that this position might be set up to overwork new graduates, leading to them quitting within a year.

Behavioral Technical

First, there was a chat with HR about your current situation and pay expectations, the team's structure, and the company's overall status. They also asked about your notice period. It lasted about half an hour. Then, I talked with the hiring manager. We discussed the team, the tasks involved, and the tools they use. They also asked me some questions about my current job, focusing on communication and how I talk to people. This part took about an hour.

Behavioral

I had a really negative experience interviewing for a People Operations role. It took them about 4-5 weeks after I applied to reach out. Then, we had a call that was very informal – the interviewer was eating with their camera off, which was uncomfortable. After about 45 minutes, I was told I'd hear back in 2 days, but it's been 3 weeks with no response. I wouldn't apply here again.
