This was a 2 stage interview process. It began with borrowing their Art Assets and signing a "non-disclosure" agreement. Then I was given 12 projects and 1 week to complete. They were interviewing for a full-time position. I was told the projects would at the least give me a contracting opportunity 2 months after they finally reviewed the 12 projects. After my initial interview I never communicated with the owners again as they were always out of town. I submitted the projects and they as far as I am concerned probably just used my projects and dumped me off. I produced 12 projects that took nearly 40 hrs and was never paid.

Applied for a manager position but was told the interview was for many open positions. Then ghosted twice. The hiring manager later said there wasn't even a manager position open. Unorganized and unprofessional experience, unlike anything in my 13-year digital marketing career. Leadership needs to grow up and stop playing business.

I applied and had a phone screening. I was then scheduled for an on-site interview. On the day of the interview, I called to confirm the time and location and found out that no one would be in the office or some other issue had come up. They said they'd call back to reschedule, but I never heard from them again. It was really unprofessional and disorganized.
