First there was a phone interview where they asked about my experience with issues, my attitude preferences, and my past projects. Then I had an in-person interview with two people. It was like a repeat of the first interview, which started off okay. But then one interviewer asked me what I'd do if someone senior asked me to do something that seemed silly. I said my bias wouldn't affect my work and I'd do it because that's my job. But they cut me off, asking if I thought my opinion didn't matter. They went on a rant about disagreements at work but felt employees should speak up, which was ironic since they didn't let me explain my view. The other interviewer looked really uncomfortable. I was shocked by how inappropriate it got and just wanted to leave. They also asked how I'd handle getting work requests from two people at once, what I'd do if I didn't know something, how I'd manage multiple tasks, my 5-year plan, and why I'm interested in the job and company.

I applied and got a call the next day asking about my availability for an interview, which was scheduled for the day after that. During the interview, I was given a nonsensical problem-solving quiz that seemed unrelated to the Business Analyst role.

It was a 3-round interview process. The first round was with the recruiter, the second with the hiring manager, and the third with the director. The entire process was conducted virtually and completed within a 2-3 week timeframe. I received the offer about a week after the final interview.
