So, it was a six-week interview process. I first met with the CFO, and then the recruiter let me know I was moving on to the third interview. The recruiter mentioned someone in the interview process had a death in the family, and then two weeks passed with no calendar invite. After I texted the recruiter, they told me the CFO had a different job with the same responsibilities but a salary that was 40K – 50K less, and they asked if I'd be interested because the CFO specifically asked about me. I mentioned to the recruiter that this felt like misrepresentation in employment law. Suddenly, they decided not to move forward with me. They immediately required a computer-generated video interview then never responded. They wasted my time by requiring ~2 hours for the “interview” then did not have the decency to provide any sort of response or notification.

Applied online, and the process was terrible. Automated systems are used to qualify candidates. It seems like no human is involved after completing the process, as I was rejected within 30 minutes stating my qualifications didn't match the job description. I'd advise against applying here, as I'm the third person to leave an honest review about how bad the process is.
