First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Juntos Somos Mais.
Intern
The process was really quick and smooth. I had an interview with HR and another with the area supervisor in the same week. The first one with HR was to see if I fit the role, and the second one, with the manager, was to learn more about the area, the company, and the internship activities. Both were welcoming and comfortable.
- Tell me about your studies.
- Tell me about your experiences.
- Tell me about your hobbies.
Product Manager
The hiring process was pretty quick and to the point, taking about a week from the first contact. It included a screening stage, an interview with HR, and then an interview with the hiring manager. I think there might have been a technical stage as well. It's a company with a lot of potential.
- What tools have you used before?
- Tell me about your past experiences.
- Can you share a successful case you were involved in?
Senior Software Developer
I can't highlight any positives. During the people interview stage, the interviewer had a terrible internet connection, making it hard to understand anything. I didn't go through a hiring manager interview, going straight to the technical case. The test was simple, and I got lots of praise, but I was rejected due to differing tastes, not for failing to deliver what was proposed. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
- Simple questions about knowledge.
- The test is very simple about making an API.
Tech Recruiter
It was an interview and there would be one or two more, but they were very simple and super friendly during this part of the process. However, they were very weak on the feedback part, I felt there was internal disorganization and lack of transparency after the first interview. Reason: After the first interview I was told I had passed to the second and they asked for my availability. After this interaction, they started postponing the interview scheduling for two weeks, always saying it was complicated to schedule. Two or three weeks later, I received a template message on LinkedIn saying I had rejected, I asked for clarification considering that I had been invited for a second interview and it hadn't even been scheduled yet but they stopped responding to me. I was a bit disappointed because several times they themselves told me they were a company that prided itself on how it treated its employees and candidates, but they ended up not being transparent with me, failed to give feedback, and didn't respect me as a candidate or the time I had to adjust my schedule to be part of the process.
- Could you tell me about your background and what motivates you?
- Can you walk me through the company's short and medium-term objectives?
- What's your perspective on the market?
