I got the job opening from a friend who works there. The HR head was really professional and nice. She let me know I passed the phone screen and was invited to an onsite where about 15 people were coming in that day. The whole company was super efficient and everyone I met seemed really dedicated to the mission and the company. I verbally accepted the offer, but never signed anything. I ended up declining the offer (my bad) and when I applied for the same job again 6 months later with the same resume and a cover letter updated for the date, my application was rejected after just 2 days. I bet I'm blacklisted from Juno, though I can't prove it. That's my fault, not theirs. They run a tight ship, so hopefully I'll get another chance to work there someday.

The interview involved an introduction, a facility tour, and interviews with three different individuals. The entire process spanned approximately 4 hours. The interviewers were approachable and focused on understanding your background rather than evaluating your interviewing skills, which shows they are serious about hiring the right person. Emphasizing your alignment with the company culture will be beneficial for success.

I talked to a lot of leads/supervisors really fast and briefly in a room with other people doing the same thing. It was super loud and distracting in there. It wasn't a normal or professional setup at all. The HR person was the absolute rudest and most unpleasant I've ever met when applying for jobs.
