The interview was great and extensive. They were kind and a great listener. Once it was done I was offered the position within 2 days. A very easy process from start to finish

The interview process back in 2019 was pretty simple! It started with a phone/Skype screening, then an in-person interview. There was also a personality test and a background check. Everything went pretty smoothly. The onboarding and training were a bit meticulous, but that's expected for an entry-level sales role. The company has expanded a lot since then, offering more opportunities overall!

I interviewed on a Monday and was told I'd get a QUIP assessment by Wednesday, Friday at the latest. I didn't get it until the next Wednesday, 9 days later. I sent it back that evening. It's been 12 more days since then. I called and left a message and was promised a call back "in a few minutes", but never received one, and my emails have gone unanswered. It seemed like a cool opportunity until dealing with these unprofessional people. Just avoid.

This was a terrible and unorganized interview process. They put me through 6 interviews, including a team panel, and even a DISC personality test with follow-up questions. After all that, they decided not to move forward after two weeks and contacting six of my references. It was a complete rollercoaster ride, and they even sent me apartment rental info for the area. Definitely stay away from these unorganized individuals.
