So they really liked my resume, said it was a perfect match, and then we had the interview. I apparently did so well that they said I could justify everything on my resume and that I would be a perfect fit. They gave me zero feedback because I did so well, but then they ghosted me for a few days and took down the listing on LinkedIn. I had to reach out myself, and then they said I don't fit the role. I wish they would just give me the real reason instead of making something up. It would help so much if they shared actual feedback.

The interview process had 6 rounds, starting with peers, then the hiring manager, and going all the way up to the VP level. Everyone I talked to was really nice and seemed interested in my past experience, and they did a good job explaining what the job is about. It took about 2 months from the first chat to getting the offer after the final HR round. They asked questions about my resume, my work history, and some behavioral scenarios.
