First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at JuneShine.
Sales Representative
I had a great time during the interview process, the people were very nice and I love the brand and the drinks. I think it is a great place to work at and get your foot in the door. It didn't feel too hard and was not too nerve-racking.
- What motivated you to apply to this specific company?
Employee
I went through a few interview stages and got rejected because I didn't have experience with a "big brand" even though I had experience with other brands. They said they'd keep my resume for future roles, which is a common empty promise. Later, they reposted the job without contacting me, even though the hiring manager promised to reach out due to my qualifications. I noticed my experience was greater than hers, which made me think something else was going on behind the scenes leading to my rejection.
- Can you tell me about some challenges you've encountered?
Social Media Manager
After submitting my application online, I had a 45-minute phone chat with a recruiter. We discussed my background, career aspirations, and relevant past work. Overall, it was a positive and pleasant conversation.
- Could you tell me about your work experience and background?
- What are your future career goals?
- What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Packaging Technician
So there are three interview steps. First, a phone screening. Second, you'll meet with a group or team, depending on the specific position. And the last step is meeting with the CEO or Director of the department.
- Can you describe what culture fit means for this role and what skills are important for the position?
