First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at June Homes.
Business Development Representative
It was a super structured interview. They were friendly but focused on the specifics of the role. First, they asked about my professional background, and also my personal aspirations and hobbies. It felt great because they made me feel like a human. Then they asked me about how previous experiences could help me with the role. And they tested some sales skills like a pitch.

Director
The hiring manager reached out via my professional network for an initial call. Following that, I had two on-site interviews with different team heads and the CEO. An offer was extended within a week after the last interview. The interviews were pretty laid-back, with plenty of chances to ask questions and brainstorm how my skills could influence the role. It was a really good interview experience. The hiring manager was open about the role's vision, the company's operations and culture, and what to expect next. He consistently provided updates as promised, even if it meant more time was needed. It was great that the first contact was with the hiring manager, who was creating the role and knew exactly what the company needed, instead of an HR screening based on a fixed list. I was thrilled to get an offer and am looking forward to a great work experience!

Content Manager
The interview process was really long and dragged on. There were two interviews, one online and then one in person. In the end, I was rejected not because of my qualifications, but due to my personal details and situation. Getting to their local office was also quite difficult. The way they make decisions is just weird.

Sales Agent
The first interview is usually a phone or video call with a recruiter or hiring manager. They will ask about your sales background, how well you communicate, and what drives you to apply for this job. You might also have a skills assessment or role-play where you'll need to show off your sales abilities, maybe with a practice sales pitch, handling objections, or solving a problem. Lastly, there's a final interview with a sales leader or team member to go over how you'd fit in with the company, what you expect from the job, and any tough parts you might run into.
