The interview was in English with a friendly interviewer. There are obviously several interviews before the final offer, so be patient. I think I will accept the challenge, so I'll let you know later how it is to be working there. Good luck.

It felt like an endless interview process. I was interviewed by an HR associate and three different Facebook Directors. Since January, three FB Directors changed during the course of the interviews. I haven't understood how it's possible to have so many changes in top management in just one year's time.

The interview process involved a lot of coordination and organization. Communication and the time between interviews were exceptionally bad. As a manager myself, I feel if I was managing this, I would be fired. It's a shame a hotel of this quality and standards can't handle simple tasks like the interview process.
