First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Julius Silvert, Inc..
Buyer
The first interview was fine. They did a bait and switch though. The job was advertised as remote, but during the interview, they said it's onsite/hybrid for the right candidate. Dishonesty is not a good start. They said they were setting me up for a second interview, but I'm going to pass.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your past work experience?
- How do you approach and handle challenges?
Personnel Specialist
I had a phone interview and then a zoom interview, but I haven't finished it yet. This Glassdoor site is terrible, it won't let me read other reviews unless I type in all this random stuff.
- What size shoes do you wear?
Accounts Payable Specialist
The first interview was basically a meet and greet to get to know each other. Then, the second interview was with the CFO, and it was pretty standard with interview questions. Both chats were about 20-30 minutes long. I did have quite a few questions to ask them though.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
- What is your approach to handling stress?
- What are some of your hobbies outside of work?
Help Desk Technician
I had an initial interview last Friday, February 23rd. They mentioned a follow-up in-person Zoom meeting but I haven't heard back after sending many emails and leaving voicemails. Basically, they ghosted me.
- Can you tell me about your background?
