The interview manager was great and asked about my interests and seemed to really care about his workers. He also asked about scheduling and was super flexible with my availability. He followed up the next day and offered me the job.

The interview was brief, friendly and casual. It was very chill. I talked with the manager about my previous work experience, the hours I wanted, and my start date. They offered me a job on the spot and I accepted. I started the next week.

It took about a month after applying to hear back, but the interview process itself was pretty simple. I had a Zoom interview with the regional manager that lasted about an hour. We discussed my work history, my work ethic, and they asked some typical interview questions. For example, 'what would you do in this situation with this guest?'. They made me a job offer at the end and I started training within a week.

It started with HR and then went to the supervisors. First, there was a phone interview that was accommodating and then a 1:1. There were three parts to the interview process and it was inspiring. They balanced culture fit and technical experience.
