Marketing
The interview process was alright and not too difficult, but even though I thought it went well, I never got an update after that. I reached out several times asking for feedback, but still nothing. It would be better if they just let candidates know they didn't get the job so we aren't left waiting.
- They asked a variety of pertinent questions.
Business Analyst
The interview had three stages. It started with a pre-screening by HR. Then there was a group/panel interview, followed by a one-on-one interview. The first two stages were fine. However, the American interviewer in the one-on-one asked some odd questions like 'which football team do you support?' and 'If you were a car salesman how would you go about selling a car?'. I think the football question might be used to exclude candidates who don't follow sports, possibly to find someone who fits the manager's preferences. It feels like an old-fashioned and potentially discriminatory way to question people. I put a lot of effort into the process, but it was disappointing and unprofessional that they didn't provide any feedback or contact after the final interview. JuicePlus HR completely ignored me even though I followed up multiple times to find out the outcome. My advice is to avoid this company because they didn't show much care for me as a candidate, and the questioning style could be seen as discriminatory.
- If you were a car salesman, how would you go about selling a car?
- Which football team do you support?
Customer Care and Franchise Support Specialist
First I had a phone interview with their recruitment company. Then a few days later, I had a 30-45 min interview with the manager and team leader. After that, there was a written test in both my languages about how to reply to complaint emails. The interview was held in both my first and second language.
- What is your motivation for working in customer service?
- Can you describe your most significant professional accomplishment?
- Could you introduce yourself?
Human Resources Director
The interview process was quite thorough. I met with the CFO, CEO, two key users of HR services, and an outside consultant. The meetings with the CFO and CEO were individual. The users' interview was a panel discussion, and the chat with the consultant happened over Skype. The internal interviews went really well; the people were great and asked good questions. The external consultant was a Masters level social worker.
- The consultant asked about my age.
