I got an application from the Juice it Up! website, printed it, and turned it in at the store. It took about 2 months to get a call back for an interview. I went in the very next day after getting the call. The interview was with two of the store owners and another crew member who was helping out. The main owner seemed pretty uninterested and dry when I was talking. She asked me to talk about myself, my past work, and what I want to do in the future. She also asked what I'd do if a customer was unhappy with the service and what stealing means to me. Then she briefly described the job, mentioning it's a 'challenging job during the summer months'. I asked some questions, and that was it. The interview wasn't too hard, but I really didn't like the main owner's personality or how she treated me.
- Can you explain what stealing is and give some examples?
- What would be your course of action if a colleague wasn't contributing their fair share during a busy shift?

I had a scheduled interview with the store owner/manager that lasted about 30 minutes. They talked about the job duties, showed me the back area, and asked about my availability. I got an offer right away and was told to start that same week. The manager seemed a bit intimidating initially, but the overall experience at Juice it Up was nice. You need to be good at handling many tasks at once. Being patient with customers is important.
- What makes you want to join Juice it Up?
- How will your contributions benefit the company through your employment?

I emailed the store, and they sent me an application. After I filled it out and sent it back, they called me about five days later to set up an in-person interview. It was pretty basic, asking about why I wanted the job, my availability, and what the role involved. I didn't get an offer because I couldn't commit to the morning shift due to school. They did mention they liked my qualifications and thought I'd be a good fit though.
- What makes you want to be a part of the Juice It Up team?

I handed in my application face-to-face and got called in for an interview about a week later. The interview was with the manager, and it was outside with lots of people around. She had a paper and just asked questions from it, writing down my answers as we talked.
