HR Coordinator
Applied on Indeed and was contacted for a phone interview. I was then told to come in for a second interview in person. During the interview, the interviewer flashed all of the resumes they had and didn't even seem prepared to see me because I had to give them my resume instead of waiting for them to find mine. I asked questions, but they never even answered them, just said a whole bunch of nonsense trying to sound like a great company. At the end, I was told I would have to meet the CEO before I could get an offer. So we set up the next interview time. The next day they told me that they couldn't do that time and that we need to reschedule. I sent an email letting them know my availability. I never heard from them again. I sent them a follow-up email to inquire about the next step since I was still getting calls for interviews. I was ghosted. Very unprofessional. I have now seen the same job being relisted 4x's online. They claim to prefer to promote from within, but they post the job on job sites. With how small the office was, it didn't look as if they really had a position to fill. Use the interview as experience if you get one.
- They were all basic and generic questions.
Crew
The interview process felt hectic, with two HR managers in a small room where everyone could hear the interviews. The website doesn't mention it, but they require 6 months of experience. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. It was supposed to be an open interview ending at 2:30 PM, but they stopped admitting people at 2:15 PM. It was also supposed to be on the third floor, but it was in the basement. There was a lot of miscommunication. Overall, I'm glad I didn't get the job because I dislike disorganized or rude employers.

Operations Coordinator
I had a great time interviewing with Juice Generation. I talked to the recruiter and the Chief Brand Officer in the first week, and the CEO the following week. All the conversations were good. I got an offer at the end of that week. I negotiated the offer with the recruiter on Friday and considered it over the weekend. After talking to the recruiter again on Monday afternoon, I got the offer letter. She mentioned that one of the C-Level Executives would call to give more details about the role the next day because the role I applied for (Operations Coordinator) was not the one I was offered (Quality Assurance Specialist). So far, so good. Unfortunately, I missed the C-Level Exec's call because of an important issue at my current job. I called back that afternoon and left a voicemail saying I would be available for the rest of the day. I never heard back. The next day, I emailed the recruiter four times and received no response. The day after that, the recruiter emailed me to withdraw the offer and accused me of not responding to three emails and missing three phone calls. That's not true. I eventually spoke to the recruiter, who told me I wasn't 'enthusiastic' enough for the role. I interviewed with JG for a similar role last year, with one phone interview and one in-person interview, both very positive, only to be ghosted. Don't waste your time interviewing with this company; they are unprofessional. I'm sure I avoided a major problem.
- Can you tell me about your background?
Operations Coordinator
I applied through Indeed and was contacted by their recruiter 2 days later to set up a phone interview. Then, I had 2 in person interviews a week apart, the last of which the owner/CEO was involved in. There was constant communication and I wasn't left wondering if I'd hear back. I was always given a timeline and next step. The process from applying to receiving an offer took a little under 3 weeks. The interviews were very conversational and comfortable and the recruiter answered any lingering questions I had.
