Behavioral Case Presentation

The first step was a meet and greet with the hiring manager and HRBP. Then, I was given a case study. Honestly, the case study was a lot given only 3 days to complete it, especially while I have my full-time job. It involved three major tasks. The presentation for the case study felt like a deeper interview. They also asked for my honest feedback about the process. It felt like they just wanted to "steal" ideas to implement themselves, which I thought was unfair. I gave my honest feedback about the case study difficulty and timeline. They seemed to agree, but then it took them two weeks to get back to me. They said they were concerned I couldn't handle the fast pace of the job. Overall, it was a pretty negative experience because they didn't like my honest feedback.

I found the job on Linkedin and then got an email from HR to schedule an interview. It lasted about an hour and was pretty chill. They said they'd pass my name to the hiring manager and let me know if it was a yes or no. But I never heard back and they ignored my emails. It's wild that a big company like this would treat candidates so poorly.
