The interview took place in a very new building located in a nice area of Geneva. It was a lengthy process, lasting 4-5 hours in total, involving interviews with different teams and several case studies. Travel expenses, which were confirmed to be reimbursed, exceeded EUR 500, but this reimbursement was never provided.

The interview process was well-organized and involved multiple levels of interviews, with almost every level of the organization interviewing candidates. There was a case study to be completed within a 2-hour timeframe. The initial two interviews focused on their GSD (General Skills Development), followed by three more interviews with the Talent Acquisition team, the Hiring Manager, and the Head of the department.

We had a personal interview with management, which was less technical and more about personal insights. Then there was a practical case to evaluate a risk environment. Finally, a personal interview with senior management to evaluate the case result, with the HR director and Audit Director present.
