Project Analyst
The interview was led by an excellent HR professional who explained all the company benefits and masterfully addressed my specific questions while assessing my knowledge. Afterward, the hiring manager for the position was scheduled and conducted the opportunity with great professionalism.

Software Developer
The interview process included an aptitude round, followed by a face-to-face interview, and then a coding technical round. Overall, it was a good experience. They generally asked about my ongoing projects and the technology used.

Maintenance Technician
You can apply online on the JTEKT website or through recruitment agencies. You'll need to submit your CV and a cover letter detailing your work experience, skills, and interests. JTEKT will review applications and select candidates who best match the job requirements. If your application is successful, a JTEKT representative will contact you for an interview. You might have a phone interview with a JTEKT recruiter, lasting 15 to 30 minutes, to assess your skills and motivation.

Materials Analyst
I already mentioned my salary expectations in the online interview. In the in-person interview, I confirmed the salary expectations. I had the interview on Monday, and on Wednesday they gave me positive feedback saying they would send a proposal by Friday of the same week. The following week they called me saying I was no longer confirmed because they couldn't meet my salary expectations.
