Assistant Manager
So the interview process had 4 rounds. First, there was a written aptitude test. Then, a timed technical test followed. After that, we had a group discussion, which was online. Finally, there was an interview with the technical head and then the HR interview.

Manager
There were 3 rounds of interviews. First was an aptitude test, second was a group discussion, and third was a technical session. The interviewer was chill and good. They asked very basic questions and took a lot of smoke breaks.
- Could you explain questions related to fluid mechanics, specifically the Bernoulli principle and continuity equations?
Commercial Manager
Applied through employee referral and got a call from HR within 3 days. There was an initial screening by HR, then a panel interview with the plant head, finance head, and commercial head. This was followed by an interview with the finance director and then the HR head.
