The interview process involved basic questions about concrete and steel, as well as questions based on the resume. It's important to prepare thoroughly on concrete and steel. The interview was smooth, and they kept asking questions continuously. Just keep answering, and if you don't know something, try your best to answer.

So, the whole thing has three stages. First, they check your CV, and the JSW job platform automatically makes one for you based on your info, which they also use later. Then, if you pass that, you have to do a technical and a basic aptitude test. After that, the ones who pass that test get to do an advanced aptitude test. The folks who make it through that get invited for PIs. My panel had HR and some Core people. They mostly asked about my past internships and projects. If your project stuff lined up with the job details, the follow-up questions were pretty straightforward.
